As a swarm of orange and blue made its way to Lazier Field’s student section, Evanston’s football players, pomkits and cheerleaders prepared for the team’s season opener. Four quarters later, the Kits overcame Zion Benton, 21-7, after sophomore Michael Pryor found the end zone twice.
