Eva Morales-Grahl, Community Impact Editor

Hello! My name is Eva Morales-Grahl (she/they), I’m a senior, and I’m the Co-Community Impact Editor for The Evanstonian. This is my first year officially on the newspaper’s staff, though I’ve taken journalism for three years and wrote a piece during the 2020-2021 school year. I’m deeply grateful to be part of The Evanstonian community because every story is approached through an equitable and compassionate lens, and our community is fostered by prioritizing everyone’s humanity before all else. Outside of The Evanstonian, I am involved in various social justice groups, and I can also be found working at the Evanston Public Library. I love to read, spend time outside, create videos and discover new music.
