My name is Miranda Escalera (she/her). I am a senior and I write for the opinion section. This will be my first full year on the Evanstonian as I joined late last year. I write for the Evanstonian because I want to be able to talk about important issues that happen in Evanston and ETHS. Outside of the Evanstonian, I am the president of the anime club here at the school. Outside of school, I like to spend my time drawing and reading. I also dance outside of school.
