The editorial board of The Evanstonian has voted in favor of changing the editorial policies. In the past, the executive editors of The Evanstonian have collaborated to produce an editorial every issue. Going forward, The Evanstonian will only produce an editorial if the majority of the staff agrees on the position and content of it and if the topic has been reserved for issues that have local and immediate impact on ETHS students. Consequently, editorials may not be published every issue. Editorials can be written by anyone on staff if the circumstances comply with the aforementioned conditions.
